How long does it take?
Creating most designs from scratch usually takes around 2 – 4 weeks, including the discovery process, initial concept designs, and revisions. The process can be shorter or longer depending on the particular project.
How many initials concept do I get?
We will create at least 2 initial concepts of the design based on the discovery process. We can do more but we try to keep it to 2 that we think you’ll really love!
How many revisions do I get?
We give you up to three revisions to your design to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your finalized website. If you need more, we will charge you a small additional rate per revision until you are completely satisfied. But don’t worry most of the time need only two 
How is payment made?
We do our graphic design projects in a 50/50 format. 50% payment as a deposit before we start the project and 50% at the very end when everything has been approved.
Can I combine different services?
Of course, you can combine services. Just chat with us to discuss what do you want and provide the best solution for your needs
What do i have to provide to you?
All we really need from your end is to chat with us about what you’re looking for and send us some design examples. We’ll take care of the rest!
How can I start?
Don’t worry, we’ll send you a content and questionnaire that will make this easy to put together. Also, photos must be provided by the start date so we can have a smooth design process. If you need help finding professional photography for your website we can help with that too.
